Today it is paramount. My role is to build mutually beneficial partnerships to facilitate that provision of care. As Director of Partnership, I'm looking forward to working with like-minded people who ultimately want to help to provide support to those who need it most. Adrian Weatherill
Director of Empathy With over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, I have worked with some of the most vulnerable people in society. My role is to show you how empathy plays a crucial role in customer service; to listen with patience, with sincerity and without prejudice in order to build trust, confidence and understanding. Chris Jones
Director of Support Over the last 14 years i have been an Outdoor Activities Instructor, School Teacher, Corporate Trainer and Homeschooling Dad. My role is to create and deliver engaging training material that exceeds the regulatory requirements of the FCA and empowers individuals to form deeper relationships. I am really excited to explore how we can transform ourselves and our businesses by proactively supporting those in need of help. A little more about us
I am Chris and I have been delivering vulnerability training since February 2018. We know that we are perfectly placed to help your business support vulnerable customers in a post-pandemic market and beyond.
David has worked his whole career in financial services but his hero is not Gordon Gekko it is William Wilberforce. This is his chance to use his corporate experience to make a difference to thousands of lives. His mission is facilitating the conversation at the highest levels between the regulators, the financial business owners and the charities. I have worked with David for six years and benefited greatly from observing his leadership. His niche is transforming struggling teams into tight-knit communities that care for one another and end up going the extra mile.
I've known Adrian for 40 years and he has a huge heart for people. Hearing his front line experiences helping people come to terms with complexity and trauma in their lives is truly humbling and, if you want a guy on your team that inspires your faith in humanity, then look no further. He is one of the most skilled communicators I have worked with and his input will transform customer service in your business.
As for me, i just love learning. I know that to fully engage in our life, our job and our relationships we have to be learning. However, we need to be learning the right stuff. Most education is designed to make you a more efficient, self-sufficient and wealthy. The training we provide is not like that. We train organisations and individuals to look beneath the transactional and invest in the relational. Why? Well, the FCA is telling us to, it also drives Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through the roof, and you will build an organisational culture that attracts employees and customers. This is all great news in a market that is re-forming following a global pandemic, but I suggest an even better reason, because, "The time is always ripe to do what is right." Martin Luther King
